Volunteers are needed on Saturday, November 16 from 10AM to Noon to help the Oregon Dunes Restoration Collaborative remove invasive Scotch broom from the Oregon Dunes Day Use Area. The Day Use Area is mid-way between Reedsport and Florence. It is a short walk to the work site. You can go to the beach after the event, but it is a rather steep hike back up. Come celebrate Oregon Dunes Restoration Collaborative's 100th Volunteer Event!!! We need your help pulling Scotch broom at the Oregon Dunes Day Use Area, Saturday, May 11 starting at 10 AM. We will be pulling broom for approximately an hour, then there will be a guided hike from 11 to 12:15 led by local author and dunes interpretative guide, Dina Pavlis!
